These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the desktop applications, licenses, and subscriptions ("Apps" or "Service") offered by Rebels, located at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France ("Rebels", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase an App or subscription, your contract for that purchase is with Paddle, and your use of the order process is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Rebels remains the provider and licensor of the Apps themselves.

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, Rebels grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps. We offer the Apps under the following models:

• Individual one-time purchase: a single payment grants one user a perpetual license to use the purchased App, subject to these Terms.
• Organization subscription: a recurring subscription grants access to a predefined list of users managed by the organization. Access for those users continues only while the subscription remains active and ends when the subscription is cancelled or lapses.
• Individual subscription: where offered, a recurring subscription grants one user access to the included Apps. Access continues only while the subscription remains active and ends when the subscription is cancelled or lapses.

Licenses are tied to your Rebels account and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred unless expressly permitted.

Use of the Apps requires a Rebels account. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication (a Google service) using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. For organization subscriptions, the organization administrator is responsible for adding and removing member accounts and for the use of the subscription by those members.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. Billing, renewals, and invoices are handled by Paddle. You may cancel a subscription at any time via the management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter. Cancellation of an organization subscription ends access for all of that organization's users at the end of the current period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
• Circumvent licensing, authentication, or usage restrictions, or share access beyond your license;
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Apps.

The Apps, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Rebels or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Apps, not ownership of them.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including misuse of licenses or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ends.

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebels makes no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect any statutory warranties you may have as a consumer under French and EU law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU remain applicable.
