Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Rebels desktop applications, licenses, and subscriptions ("Apps"). Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and administers refunds in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. 14-Day Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Because the Apps are digital products delivered electronically, by completing your purchase and beginning the download or use of the App you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived once delivery has begun. Notwithstanding this waiver, we honor the 14-day refund window described here.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the current period once it has begun, except where required by law or within the 14-day window for a first purchase.

3. Organization Subscriptions

For organization subscriptions, the subscribing organization may cancel via Paddle or by contacting us. Cancellation ends access for all of the organization's users at the end of the current paid period. The 14-day window applies to the initial subscription purchase.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

If an App is faulty, does not function as described, or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement beyond the 14-day window. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected] with your order details. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes approved refunds to your original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
