Welcome to the Rebels Affiliate Program. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program operated by Rebels ("we", "us", or "our").

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be a registered member of Rebels Club
• Have a verified email address
• Provide a valid Wise or PayPal email for payments
• Be at least 18 years of age

Upon registration, you will create a unique affiliate code. This code is permanent and cannot be changed after creation. Your affiliate code will be used to track sales made through your promotional links.

Affiliate codes must contain only letters and dashes, with a maximum of 20 characters. You are responsible for choosing a code that does not infringe on any trademarks or rights of third parties.

You will earn a commission of 50% of the net revenue for each qualifying sale made through your affiliate link. Net revenue is calculated after:

• Apple's platform fee (approximately 15-30%)
• Applicable French taxes (approximately 25-30%)

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis. Refunded purchases will not count as qualifying sales.

Due to Apple App Store Connect limitations, sales data for a specific app is only visible to us when at least 5 sales have been made for that app through your affiliate link. Until this threshold is reached for a given app, we cannot attribute those sales to your account.

Payments are processed monthly, typically within the first week of each month for the previous month's sales.

• Minimum payout threshold: Commissions must accumulate to at least €50 before payment is issued. Amounts below this threshold will roll over to the next payment period.
• Payment methods: Payments are made exclusively via Wise or PayPal, as selected during registration.
• Currency: All payments are made in EUR.

As an affiliate, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Self-referral: purchasing products through your own affiliate link
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote your link
• Misleading advertising or false claims about our products
• Bidding on branded keywords in paid advertising
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commissions earned through the Affiliate Program. As a French business, we may be required to report payments to French tax authorities (DAS-2 declaration) for affiliates receiving more than €1,200 per year. In such cases, we may request your tax identification information.

We collect and process the following personal data for the Affiliate Program:

• Email address (for account and payment purposes)
• Affiliate code
• Payment information (Wise or PayPal email)
• Sales and commission data

This data is processed for the purpose of administering the Affiliate Program and processing payments. Data is retained for the duration of your participation and for 10 years thereafter for tax compliance purposes. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, you will receive any earned commissions above the minimum threshold, provided no violations have occurred. Unpaid commissions below the threshold may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
