Role Description
- Part-time remote position for a Growth Marketing Manager.
- Create YouTube content (videos and shorts), reels, TikTok, and Reddit communities.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through marketing strategies.
- Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and automating marketing workflows.
- Flexible working hours, weekly syncs to align on strategy and content validation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record: YouTube channel, blog, podcast, community, or product you've grown.
- Experience in music, audio, production, or adjacent communities is a big plus.
- Comfortable with indie / bootstrapped companies.
- Self-directed. We're looking for a partner, not someone who needs heavy management.
Compensation
- Revenue share on new sales you generate, plus performance bonuses.
- Negotiable terms, discussed based on what works for both sides.
